Hey Melv. I'm not in your room, but I think 7-44 can help you. I'm not totally sure what you mean, but this might help. It was on our blog a few days ago. Say for instance your number was 148:

To get 50% you have to divide 148 by 2.
148 divided by 2 = 74

To get 75% you have to add the answer for 25% and 50%
74 + 37 = 111

To get 25% you have to divide the answer for 50% by 2
74 divided by 2 = 37

To get 12.5% you have to divide the answer for 25% by 2
37 divided by 2 = 18.5

To get 10% you have to divide your answer by 10
148 divided by 10 = 14.8

To get 5% you have to divide the answer for 10% by 2
14.8 divided by 2 = 7.4

To get 2.5% you have to divide the answer for 5% by 2
7.4 divided by 2 = 3.7

To get 1% you have to divide the original number by 100
148 divided by 100 = 1.48

Hope that helps!!!

I think it was to divide what ever body part by your total height then, taking that answer and multiplying it by 100
